The Litton Hotel

Celebrating an important milestone at Litton Cafe was an excellent choice, and despite initial reservations based on poor reviews, the experience exceeded expectations. **Reservation:** The reservation process was quick and easy, with a thoughtful follow-up call hours before our visit to ensure a prepared table. **Location and Navigation:** While the hotel was easy to find, the absence of a guard at the main door seemed unusual. The layout became clear with the help of a directory, aiding navigation to the lobby and cafe. **Ambiance and Vibe:** Litton Cafe's ambiance and vibe were outstanding, exuding exclusivity and privacy. The addition of smooth jazz music created an incredible atmosphere. **Services:** The staff were polite and attentive, guiding us to a window-side table, providing menus and extra wares, and offering insightful suggestions. Their proactive approach, subtle observation, and swift assistance without prompting reflected a high level of service. **Foods:** Contrary to negative reviews, the dishes were delicious and freshly made, indicating an improvement in both cooking and services. While the salad fell short due to its overpowering vinegar flavor, the rest of the dishes were exceptional. Litton Cafe seems to have elevated their culinary and service standards, making it a commendable choice for a memorable celebration.

It would be nice to keep this a secret-- that this new hotel gives the best bang for the buck --so we can enjoy it to ourselves whenever visiting Naga, but not saying anything will be unjust. The staff deserves all the praises, all were very helpful and nice during our stay. Facilities are good. Location is excellent. Food at the cafe is also good, but service for the a la carte menu is a bit slow. The set menu is fast, and the taste is authentic. I will definitely come back. Shout out to Lisa of the front desk who, even at midnight, arranged for our transport when Cebu Pacific cancelled our flights for the following day.

Would recommend this hotel. My niece stayed here for her graduation and I asked a favor to the staff to surprise her and they did not hesitate. I love those gestures, my niece was so happy. They gave her flowers and a slice of cake with "congratulations" in the plate. My niece and her family stayed in their loft style room, and its so beautiful😍😍 Very clean, so stylish and modern, with 3 TV's😍 And NETFLIX😍😍 Of course, the price is not that cheap, but hey, Its WORTH it♥️

The Litton hotel is located in the heart of Naga City. It is surrounded by restaurants. The Basilica is very closeby. It is clean and the service is impeccable. We stayed in the premier loft which is impressive. However we could hear the people in the opposite room from the bedroom. So I do recommend ear plugs which I will bring next time I visit.

Where do I begin...for an ihg vip this hotel....treated me like trash...staff were great but d owners wife...beg to differ... First... .my room had cable issues..me mr custoner had to call staff on my room had no shower gel.. such blown up prices and no basic amenities!!!..no shampoo in dispenser. The cafe..effing toaster ddnt work...s us poor western cvilzation folk will find this hotek mortifying..effing waffle was bantha poo(star wars) sludgy soft..... Most embarassingly staff refused an extra tussue and i was ill!!! First and last day Longest stay un hotels ph...3 months I stayed at Litton for a painful 24 hrs

We stayed on their deluxe room and it was very comfortable. The room also has a small fridge, hair dryer, safety deposit box, complementary coffee, pairs of bedroom slippers, hot and cold shower with toiletries and complete set of towels. They have a very friendly staff, lobby was very classy. Free breakfast is very good as well as the ambience of the litton cafe. Highly recommended.
